Technical Features
(1) Hydraulic cylinders are used to alternately push perforated or non-perforated submerged nozzles into the working position for pouring or closing operations, with the entire motion completed within one second. Each time a new nozzle is pushed in, an old nozzle is automatically ejected. In an emergency, a non-perforated blank plate can be pushed into position to immediately halt the pouring process.
(2) The elastic compression sliding interface is safe and reliable.
(3) It enables continuous casting from multiple furnaces, reducing interruptions in the casting process and improving casting quality. The operation and maintenance are simple, safe, time-saving, and labor-saving, thereby reducing labor intensity and improving the working environment.
